Mini ATX mobo in ATX case?

So I am helping my friend build his new computer and I made him order a asus mini atx motherboard (ASUS B85M-E/CSM Micro ATX) and an ATX case (Antec one).

Will the mobo fit in the case? I am having little doubts?

Yup, will definitely fit :)

Most cases (all cases I've looked at) will have standoff screw holes on the motherboard tray supporting a wide range of form factors.
