You have to explain the difference between your PC, the other PC and the VM. Are they on the same network and in the same domain? Same firewall rules (or disabled)? Is the VPN server configured to accept connections from specific IP addresses?

I should have clarified that I wasn't looking for a way to get CiscoAnyConnect to work from my VM (although it would be nice if it did, just like other VPNs I've used from half a dozen different sources) - I was just pointing out a way of getting the VPN to work.
