Hi. I recently bought the logitech g430 headsets and opened it up, plugged it in, installed the logitech gaming software for 7.1 and everything seemed fine until I actually decided to test out the sound.
It seems that I can only hear out of the left ear cup of the headsets and not the right, I've tried reinstalling/updating the drivers, plugging it into a different usb port, all of which didn't work, there's also a permanent weird static noise only in the left ear cup, the right one is completely dead quiet. I have noticed that whenever I plug in the Jacks instead of using the Logitech USB 7.1 adapter I get sound from both sides like a normal headset would, only the mic doesnt work, quality is way worse and it's not 7.1
any help on this would be great because I'm also a gamer so it's very annoying not being able to hear out of my right ear cup.
