Water cooling vs air cooling?

Hello, I am looking for a new CPU cooler. I'm trying to decide between a cooler master H80I, H60I or a hyper 212 EVO. I'm looking for lower temps over load, a bit quiter, not too much power consumption and price. (under $80) if you have any other suggestions, let me know. Thanks :)

The water coolers in the price range you're talking about will not do much better than air cooling, maybe a couple of degrees. Save yourself the money and the trouble and get the Hyper 212. If you are on the stock cooler now, you will notice an immediate difference.
