Okay, I have 580~ to spend on a PC with peripherals including monitor, kb+mouse, and Windows (No, I do not want to pirate it.) Also, will the 212 EVO be able to get to 4-4.1 Ghz on the CPU? This is what I've come up with, tell me what you guys think.

With the Coolermaster 212 Evo you can do some light overclocking but it will shorten the lifespan of the CPU somewhat because it'll probably run at higher temperatures. As for Planetside 2 and BF4, they are very CPU heavy games and they will push your CPU to the limit. You should consider a quad core processor instead if you can fit it into your budget. Keep in mind, the 212 EVO also has an issue that if you install it blowing air up or downward, it'll block one of the RAM slots and make it very difficult to add more RAM in the future. If you want to play on higher settings, I suggest you get a 2gb GPU if you can.
