when i play league the minions walking stutter sometimes. does this happen to anybody else?

heres my parts and nothing is overheating

i5-4690k / asus z97-ar / 8GB GSkill Ripjaws DDR3 1600 / cx600 / corsair h60 / 1TB WD blue / GTX 770 2GB

and its definitely not a ram issue, cpu issue, or a mobo issue.

Probably just server lag. I have a comparable build and a good internet connection and still see minion lag when I play.

It really is just League's substandard servers and constant barrage of DDoS from unhappy 13 year olds

If your not experiencing any problems in other programs then its likely not related to your PC. WIFI would most certain add to that problem as there can be lots of minor variations and lost data packets across a wireless signal.

is there anyway to make sure that its not a problem with me graphics card or my power supply?
