Would It be better to have 2 200mm or 3 120mm fans in the top?

What would be better? I'm looking at maybe 3 Cougar Vortex PWM's but might get 2 200mms if you guys think the airflow would be better.

Bigger fans spin slower so they make less noise. On top of that, you will be using 2 fans instead of 3. I personally prefer the 2 200mm fans.

Sound should be less with the 200mm fans. Add of the CF/m on the fans. I assume these are intake?

On top of making less noise, they will also cover a wider area just because they're bigger.
