As the title says, I'm planning on replacing my graphic card, and I am limited to an Athlon x4 750k processor and a 500w power supply, so I'm looking to see if there are any GPUs out there that are compatible with my processor while still not being extremely power hungry. So currently I'm looking at the MSI GTX 750 TF 1GB Gaming Edition (link here http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00I6DLIFO?pc_redir=14125... )

So I've pretty much settled on this GPU but my only question is whether my CPU would bottleneck it or if it even is compatible with my CPU.

All help is appreciated
Thanks

It's all compatible, no bottlenecks. But 1GB VRAM will bottleneck on FHD resolution, and even 720p for that matter, I'd look at even better card for similar price and more VRAM, GTX 750 Ti, $130 after rebate:

^CPU won't bottleneck, it can run even on 300W PSU, and is better than 1GB 750 by almost 5-10 FPS in every game.

Yeah so at my local store there's an ASUS GTX 750 OC with 2GB of VRAM for 10 extra dollars do you think I should get that? I cant order from Amazon as the shipping price would be far too expensive. That aside, is MSI or ASUS build quality / reliability better?

2GB VRAM would be better, and both MSI and Asus are great quality cards, get the cheaper one, performance and build quality is the same :)

I don't think with cards like these, when you play at 1080p,you'll see much difference between 1gb or 2gb of vram, get the better card in that case which is the "TI" version.

Looked at the r9 270(X) too? Could be gotten for about the same price most of the times and will run on a decent psu. Is the better anyway.Or maybe a gtx 660?

Which 500watt psu do you have?
