Hi guys,
so this is my first build and, though i dont have the parts just yet, i am researching and planning out the install process of the os and the drives. i have an asus m5a97 r2.0 mobo coming and i wanted to download the drivers ahead of time in a usb stick so that they are ready to update but when i went on the asus site and went to my mobo, for chipset, there are 5 items in there, all different versions. Am i supposed to download all of them or just the first one? it looks like this when expanded:

it's the same for all the other drivers, they all have multiple versions. would i just need to download the first one or all of them. over all the chipset has 5 downloads, the LAN has 4, audio has 4, and the USB has 3. does that mean i have to download all 16?

i'm noob and want to make sure i get it right.

Generally speaking, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" applies here.

Hot fix and BIOS updates I'd look at closely to see if it remedies any issues you're having, If not, don't bother. All the others, you can safely install the latest as it pertains to your operating system.
