Only way to find out is to put it back in the PC and find out. That broken piece (I'm assuming it's the piece with a C printed on it) might not be an integral part of the PCB.

That image is a little blurry, the PCB does look a little bent to me but I think that's just the picture lol, other than that I can't see anything wrong. I always get a horrible 'crunching' or snap sound when I pull either of my video cards out, I've just got used to it and don't worry anymore.
