Hi I need help?! I brought a laptop without a hard drive and got a new hard drive and it won't turn on? ( stays on the starting booting and stays blank ) please help I've never done this before? Do I need to install windows? How much would it cost me? I need help please?

yes you need to install windows onto you new HDD for it to work
