So, I got a new identical motherboard(z87 g-45 gaming) as the other one died from a lightning strike. Apparently I can't use usb devices when I boot from my ssd now. Everything works fine if I boot from my normal hdd, and in bios, but not when I boot from my 840 EVO. It worked once yesterday, but now it doesn't at all.
Suggestions?
Also: How do I make my pc to boot from the ssd by default? I have to manually select what to boot from in the booting menu by pressing f11 when I turn the PC on now, or it just boots to the hdd.
