i was wandering if anyone could suggest me some technical specifications for server pc for 100 clients
technical specifications like
cpu,hdd, ram,network card
or a particular model

What will the 100 clients do? Simply read and write files to the server or access applications? What software, OS, database if any, will be running on it? Knowing the detailed requirements is the only way to make suggestions. How will it be backed up? Tape library, tape drive, external disk?

Let one of the standard IT companies (Dell, HP, etc) come to your shop, see your specific situation and give you a bid. They have lots of technical sales people that can help.

For 100 users, you probably want more than one server. Or can you survive without the server while parts are ordered and replaced?

Is a server what you need, or do you JUST need shared storage -- NAS ?
Is this server your Windows AD primary? If so you definitely need more than one physical server so that you have a backup AD server.

There are LOTs of questions that need to be asked to make an intelligent recommendation.
