jIt is necessary to increase ram if you are increasing gpu because my pc is too old i want to buy gt 740 4gb ddr5 and my ram increase till 4gb ddr2......and recommended ram is 8 gb for this gpu and recommended psu power is 400w but my psu max power is 250w should i buy this gpu or not........
