are you building yourself, or are you going to buy it prebuild?
the intel build will perform better, but it has less space.
could you post a link with all the parts, and what is the maximulm budget?
if you build it yourself you can get a nice pc for 300 dollar

ok then, then you have to choose between more space and a bit better graphics, i would choose the second one as well, like Aliridha said. since you are going to upgrade your gpu anyways. and the amd has 4(weaker) cores, the intel only has 2(stronger) cores, in single threaded applications the intel one will perform slightly better, but you probably won't notice.
good luck :)

I think both desktops must be upgraded in one-two years, now i think which can spend less money in future. At Intel i must upgrade Video card, maybe the CPU and add some more space and RAM. At AMD i must upgrade the GPU. Now ... i don't know ....
I forget to mention the HDDof AMD is SATA 2, will be a problem ?

intel would cost less as you'd save up on electricity. :p also, both those CPUs perform the same more or less.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O6la8xnjBUE look at this. :) just get a better grahpic card when you can.
