r7 260x vs 7770

as i mentioned above man 7770 costs 7300 bucks in INDIA and an r7 260x close to 11000 bucks which is way outta my budget so ques is are those 4500 bucks gonna give me a floor or 2 elevated performance
yeah i play games but on LOWEST SETTINGS POSSIBLE for example i finished alan wake and farcry 3 on my radeon 4350 (i know it doesnt qualify to be called a gfx card , but thats the way it is ) and this card lasted me 4.5 years
taking all this into consideration isnt 7770 a good choice and more over my res would be 1600*900 and monitor is samsung 20.5 inch
it dont matter to me if i have to lower res at 1300 or something , what matters is game should run and it should run FINE................(u saw my standerd acc to radeon 4350) oh yes plz give a detailed explanations to kill all the doubts .......................
