I have a HCL Me L47 laptop my laptop is not getting power how to find out faulty of battery or charger . I dont have any other charger to test

Try connect remove you battery and plug the charger to wall outlet and connect to your laptop, see if it can power up your laptop. If its ON, then the battery could be faulty or the charger is not charging your battery.
