Since the board has a PCIe X16 slot it can handle any card really so question of budget rather than anything else. Size of your PSU will as well determine what can be installed and info on what CPU to avoid bottlenecks.

Buy a GTX 750. It's power efficient and powerful too and cheap.

SIR.. I Tried to find CPU/PROCESSOR But they said its already Phased OUT

I just want To meet the minimum system requirements of NBA 2K15 So I can Play it but .. I guess ..., It will not happen..
I can't SAVE money because it will Take SO MUCH TIME
