Why is the base clock N/A?

Im looking on ocoartpicker and its says that this GPU: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/his-video-card-h260xfn2gd has a base clock of N/A. Does that mean it doesn't have a base clock or is it just not on the website? Im just a little curious as I haven't heard of many HIS buyers so I seem a little concerned on what im buying.

It doesn't list a base clock it only list the boost clock that is what counts.

I've used HIS video cards in some build without any problems.
