Limited connetivity after router software upgrade

Hello.
I purchased Jazztel router, and I manage to configure it but the local cable worked and wifi didn't. So I looked for solutions and upgrade seemed to maybe solve the problem. I updated the router's firmware, and it worked but after I rebooted the router everything stopped working. I connected the Ethernet, and it shows "limited connectivity". I tried troubleshooting and it showed "local area connection" doesn't have a valid IP. I set up Ip manually but it still can't connect to router.

Is there a way to go back to original firmware, like via a 3rd party software?

Ps: Resetting the router doesn't solve the problem.
