New mobo, but still the same problem
I built my pc recently with config-
Amd fx 6300
Gigabyte ga 78lmt usb3
Corsair vs550
4 gb ram
Galaxy nvidia 2gb 630gt
And I got one sided audio from both the panel(rear as well as
front). My headphones and speakers are ok and working. Then I
replaced the motherboard with the same model considering that I
got a faulty one and still got the same issue. Now after a month I
switched to MSI 970a- g43 and I get full HD audio from front panel
but the rear still gives me one sided audio. I have tried all the basic
stuff(updating drivers, tested with another headphones, tested on
Fedora). Any solution?

I did all the basic stuff like checking the balance, up to date drivers, trying different headphones and speakers. Also two mobos cannot be faulty l. Is anything wrong in assembly ? becoz I have assembled it myself and both the times same audion problem except for MSI where I get good audio from front panel

Rear audio ports are direct from the mobo I/o panel. The front panel audio connected through HD Audio cable from the chassis into mobo HD Audio header. right? Did you troubleshoot computer problems of hardware and sound from the Control Panel? And also Configure it again.

Well my I ve connected the right HD audio pin of my cabinet to the board and it is working fine(except it gives me opposite side audio ie the left sound is heard from the right side of speaker/headphone). While I did configure the realtek manager and audio troubleshooter. It just a minor mistake somewhere but I am not able to find and past 2 months it is irritating me.
