Is the m5a99x Evo r2.0 atx motherboard support the evga SC acx 2.0 gtx 970 and the AMD fx-8350
?
Is the mobo good for overclocking the fx-8350 up to 4.8 gHz so it wont bottleneck the 970?
The evga 750 watt b2 psu is good for the gpu and cpu right.
How many fans should i get to keep it relatively cool so it will most likely not over heat?

Sorry for all the questions i'd appreciate any help!

Solution
1) Yes the motherboard will support them.
2) The motherboard power phases can handle it, this is really dependent on the cooling you have. I dont think you should have any issues with bottlenecking the card though, I have an 8320 @ stock and it doesn't bottleneck my 770 at all.
3)Yes the PSU is fine.
4)What case do you have? What is your CPU cooler? I only have a front intake and rear exhaust (and PSU exhaust) and it keeps my 8320 and 770 way under recommended temps. It really depends on your overclock.
