I know that! But, the problem is, how am I supposed to know about the heat problems with it or anything like that?

Well, the case i have already for the build is the Zalman Z11 Plus case which is really nice. It has 5 case fans. 3 of which are exhaust so i'm assuming thats pretty good for airflow
 
The heat that you are concerned about comes from the processor and GPU, not the motherboard itself.

Different processors and GPUs produce different amounts of heat. For the GPU there is there is already a cooler installed so you don't have to worry too much about that. As for the processor, using the stock AMD cooler is fine but doesn't do very well when you overclock. Aftermarket coolers will make it cooler.

Beyond that, air flow in the case is also important.

Like huilun02 said, it depends on what CPU, GPU and RAM you plan to install and whether or not if you plan to do some OCing
Plus we need to know what your setup is or will be before anyone can really help you

My setup is a, R9 270x, 8GB Ram, Optical Drive, FX 6300 processor, asrock 970 Extreme3 R2.0 mobo, zalman z11 plus case, WD 500GB HDD
