I've been saving for a gaming computer for awhile now, but I'm not really good with parts nor picking them. I want a computer that can run bf4 on ultra with at least 60 fps. I really want parts that would be very upgradable.

My budgets 600 - 800 or lower.

The OP doesn't seem like he would OC that much anyway, and 650W is sufficient for a minor/moderate overclock.
