After I've done alot of google'ing, I've come to this final spec, but still I cant decide on what PSU brand to pick, it would be kind of you to help me out on this. Thanks in advance
Mainboard Gigabyte H97 - D3H
CPU Core I5 - 4460 (3.2Hz)
RAM G.Skill F3-14900CL9D-8GBXL (2x4GB)
HDD HDD 1TB WD (Black) - WD1003FZEX
VGA 3GB Asus R9280X - DC2 - 3GD5
Case CoolerMaster RC K281

Would be nice if you can pick top 3 out of these PSUs. I consider FSP Raider 650W vs CM V650W ?

PSU Brands:

Coolermaster:
PSU Power CM V650W
PSU Power CM V750W

FSP:
FSP Raider - 650W - RAIDER Series, 80 PLUS® Silver certified
FSP Saga S650W
FSP Saga S750W

Zalman:
Zalman GV600 - 600W 80Plus
Zalman GV700 - 700W 80Plus

I have to list those PSUs because Seasonic, XFX, EVGA or Antec are not available in my area :( so I have very few options to pick :(

It turns out there are few Antec products from another dealer, but only 1 of them worth mentioning since the others are 500W or lower, but I'll list them anyway:
ANTEC HCG 520M
ANTEC VP500PC
ANTEC BP400PX RED

that HCG 520M seems pretty good but I'm not sure if it can handle the video card?

Such helpful post that you linked me to ! I'd rather pay some extra dollars for that CM V650 since it's tier one
