Please help me pick a new graphics card within 20-22.5k (INR).
My system config-
AMD A8-6600K APU with Radeon HD Graphics,
Gigabyte F2A55M-S1 motherboard,
4 GB DDR3 Corsair vengeance,
NVIDIA geforce GT 610 2 GB DDR3,
Windows 8.1 x64.
I frequently use Adobe After Effects, Photoshop CS6 and Cyberlink power director and want to play post-2013 games in 1920x1080 res (medium/high settings).
Right now GT 610 can run games in 1280x720 res (medium/low settings).

Solution
Won't matter as both your APU is a choke point AND you need at least 8GB of RAM (4GB isn't enough as the post-2013 games need 4GB alone for the game, but your already eating into the 4GB on your system with Antivirus, icons on your desktop, being wireless, etc. etc. etc.).

To meet your 'demands' of what it is you frequently use and what you want to play games on would be a completely new PC system. As I pointed out to another post here http://www.techspot.com/review/856-amd-a10-7800-kaveri/page7.html shows even the BEST APU isn't capable enough for 'post-2013' games especially in 1080P high / med resolution. You need minimally a FX-8xxx (which your Mobo can't support most likely) or a i5, plus the RAM AND then at least a GTX 760 or a...

OH and if this is a OEM (Dell, Gateway, Lenovo, etc.) PC, then as soon as you make a change to CPU / Mobo your Windows stops working because it is ONLY valid for the 'original computer as sold', which is another cost if you just tried to 'upgrade'. So a new PC entirely is the answer to your question.
