Can someone tell me some softwares to check if my videoboard runs correctly i mean to run at x16 (pcie) ,i have it on x16 slot,it is made for pcie x16 but speecy and 3dmark says it runs at x1 ,why i wanna find out

Solution
1) Some newer cards won't work on older PCIe version 1 motherboards.

2) Are you sure the HD5450 isn't a "x1" card with a short connector? That would explain why it's reported as "x1" like this one:

3) The DIFFERENCE (if the card works) depends on how good of a card you get. I do know that a Titan didn't max out a PCIe version 2 motherboard (x16 lane) so you can put in a pretty powerful card without PCIe being the bottleneck.

4) Your CPU is likely going to be a bottleneck before the PCIe or graphics card would be in a system that old.

5) System RAM is another issue as some games need more than 4GB of DDR2/DDR3 memory...

my have a rare premade pc , anyways.ill let it x1 ,my videoboard it weak anyway i dont tinhk it really runs at x1,if it was doing i wasnt able to open blackflag even if i had 10 fps i tihnk it a good score on HD 5450 (even with lowest settings and resolution)

How big it diference between generation 1 and 3? ,i wanna get an gen 3 videoboard but my mainboard suports gen 1 ,how bag will afect my gaming gameplay (fps) (my curent videoboard it gen 2 on gen 1 slot, and speccy and 3dmark says that it runs at x1 but i dont tihnk it posible)

SO whats the diference between generation 1 and 3 ,will it work properly, will i lose most of performance? ,ive read somewhere that gen 1 it can get 25% of gen 3 GPU performance ,i mean i will lose 75% performance of videoboard

5) System RAM is another issue as some games need more than 4GB of DDR2/DDR3 memory.

6) You also need 64-bit Windows or you'll run into memory problems trying to play most modern games. To be clear, if you have 32-bit Windows you only can talk to 4GB of memory which includes the VIDEO and SYSTEM memory. If you had a 3GB video card for example, you would only have access to about 0.8GB (about 800MB) of System memory no matter how much you had installed.

So if you have 32-bit Windows your best upgrade is to get the best 1GB video card and no more, and ensure you have between 2GB and 4GB of system memory installed (can access up to about 2.8GB of that).

Summary:
Long story short, your best bet is to get an AMD card such as an R9-270x which also comes with free games. Games with MANTLE support work better (in theory) when the CPU is fairly weak.
