My PC randomly restarts when playing games! HELP PLEASE!

I got my PC about 4 months ago and after about 2 months I upgraded my GPU. I have just started noticing a problem that my pc is restarting after about 15 mins of play time. It has really been getting me mad. Please help anything will help!

Specs:
CPU : AMD FX-6300
GPU : AMD R9 270
Ram : 8 gig DDR3
Hard Drive : 500gb

I think what Blackbird is getting to is that your PSU may not be up to the challenge. When you upgraded your GPU it may be requiring more Wattage than your last one did. If you didn't change your Power supply at that point it may not be able to support it. If you still have your old GPU and your new one you could start by comparing the Wattage required by them.
