im playing assassins creed 3
even though the average fps is about 80-90
and there is a time when i drop to as low as 30-35 fps and experience extreme lag
i wonder why thats happening
i played COD Ghosts before this
had no such problem with it
system specs:
MSI GTX 970
i5 4690K
MSI z97 gaming 7
BenQ XL 2411Z 1ms 144HZ
