Hi, I have a Canon PIXMA MG4150 'All-in-One' printer/scanner and I'm experiencing a problem with the scanner section - the printer works fine..
I'm currently using a laptop with Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit and when I try to access the scanner (Wireless Linked) I get the following error message :
Quote "\??\C:\Windows\Twunk_16.exe" cannot start or run due to incompatibility with 64-bit versions of Windows." When I used the scanner on my previous Laptop - Win 7 32 bit - everything worked fine.
I've done quite a bit of searching on the internet for a solution but so far have drawn a blank....
Can anyone please suggest a fix for this problem?

I have the latest drivers installed....

Well, since the error blatantly admits that it won't work on 64bit systems then...

But try to gain administrator privileges to the printer utility and allow communication port to pass thru firewall, you may also need to open a port in your router..

Problem Solved ! I contacted Canon customer services and they supplied a new set of drivers. Now everything works fine. Looking in my C:\Windows folder, I can see that there are new versions of 'TWAIN' and 'Twunk files...
