Hello, after building my first computer, I have a problem with the drivers I need to install. I know there was a CD that came with my mother containing most of the drivers I need, but I built my computer over months, and at one point I either lost my CD or threw it away. Right now I don't know what drivers to install and where I can install them. I never did anything like that, every computer I used (2 so far, this is my 3rd), I bought them and they came already built in my hands, all I had to do was install stuffs like Winrar or Google Chrome. I don't know if knowing my components will help, but here they are:

RAM - Kingston HyperX Blu 8GB (1x8 GB Module) 1600MHz 240-pin DDR3 Non-ECC CL10 Desktop Memory KHX1600C10D3B1/8G

Power Supply - Antec VP-450 450 Watt Energy Star Certified Power Supply

Motherboard - ASUS M5A78L-M LX PLUS AM3+ AMD 760G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

I don't know what that it but 's there -Seagate Barracuda 500 GB HDD SATA 6 Gb/s NCQ 16MB Cache 3.5-Inch Internal Bare Drive ST500DM002

Video Card - GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 650 Ti OC 1GB GDDR5 2x DVI / HDMI / D-SUB PCI-Express 3.0 Graphics Card Graphics Cards GV-N65TOC-1GI

That's the CPU I think - AMD FX 4-Core Black Edition FX-4300, FD4300WMHKBOX

I don't know if you need that one but if you're interested in the case, here - Rosewill Dual Fans MicroATX Mini Tower Computer Case FBM-01

That's all my components, if you could tell me what drivers I need (I don't think I have any right now since all I did was install windows and roll with it, but right now I find myself with no wireless internet connection and I don't have an ethernet cable) and where I could find them. A link would be awesome.
Thanks for reading.

Alright, I seem to have downloaded all the drivers I could on both my Video Card's cd and my Motherboard's cd, but now I can't access to the Wi-Fi, it says "No connections are available Troubleshoot", and when I click Troubleshoot it tells me to plug an Ethernet cable in, but I don't have one. Is there a way I can download the drivers on my laptop and put them in my desktop via a flash drive? If so, where can I find them? I really don't want to buy an ethernet cable, but if I have no choice I'll do it.
