Best motherboard with my set up (under 80$).

I have a MSI AMD Radeon R7 265, 2GB GDDR5, PCI Express 3.0 Graphics Card R7 265 2GD5 OC gpu

a AMD Athlon Multi Core Processor AD760KWOHLBOX, 760K Richland 3.8GHz Socket FM2 100W cpu

Which motherboard should i get thats under 80$, i was thinking of ASRock FM2A75 PRO4+ FM2+ / FM2 AMD A75 (Hudson D3) HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard, but they have been known to be defective.

Pretty much any motherboard would do if you aren't going to overclock it. Motherboards in a way don't really affect the performance of you machine.

I actually have a very similar system that I'm using right now to yours. I have:

MSI A78M-E35 FM2
R7 260x
Athlon X4 760k
Corsair CX 430

I would just get a motherboard that has all the features that you would need. The MSI A78M-E35 should be good enough and its only $60.
