Do I need to upgrade my PSU yet?

So I've had this CoolMax 600W PSU since I first built this computer, in fact it's the only original part left :p. After some recent upgrades, I've started noticing some stuttering during gameplay, and I'm guessing it could be caused by my PSU. Here is my build:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3
RAM: Corsair Vegence 8GB (2x4GB) @ 1334Mhz
CPU: AMD FX-8320 @ 4.7 Ghz (1.45 Vcore)
GPU: Sapphire R9 280 Dual-X (less than a month old)
PSU: CoolMax 600W
~5 USB devices (2 external hard drives, mouse, keyboard, and Mic)

So with that said, is it time for a PSU upgrade or can I stall this out a little longer?

Like mentioned above, I would replace it sooner rather than later for a quality unit regardless of whether it's causing your current problem. A failing or not up to par PSU can cause those symptoms, but it could be a heat or driver issue as well. You don't want to skimp on a PSU when building a PC. Not sure what your upgrades were this time around, but with those components, you really should invest in a quality Brand/Model.
