Solution
A 400$ build for editing video's is quite impossible if you want to play games at max and do video editing then you should raise your budget to double.

Still i am giving you a build .
This is the best i can give you at your budget.

Wait the part picker has a compatibility note. "MSI 760GMA-P34(FX) Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard has an onboard USB 3.0 header, but the Thermaltake VL80001W2Z ATX Mid Tower Case does not have front panel USB 3.0 ports."

Will that be a problem? Will the usb ports be located in the back then?
