What video card are you going to buy ? i5 4460 is better . Get a Corsair tower case .They usually allow large cards . The parts are compatible though.

I already have a Radeon HD 7850 card, I plan on doing an upgrade on this later since I ran out of money.

CPU had to be from BestBuy

I tried to locate the i5 4460 that was recommended by rockie_ but it is not available, it is too much difference between 4430 and 4460? Mostly plan to use the build for gaming

No, there isn't much difference between those Intel Core i5's recommended and the first one you selected... differences are from a 4% to 7% increase in speed, and that wouldn't be noticeable under normal conditions... probably only in the benchmarks and just by these small differences. So if you can find the 4460 great... and if not, no big deal.
