Do I still touch the case to release ESD or no?

I know your suppose to touch the case to release ESD when handling components but what do I do after when the motherboard is installed?

touch you head then your shoulders then your knees then your toes haha ,,, no really touching the case after is fine or you could touch a radiator in the house or just anything metal really if your not working on carpet theres minimal chances of damage :)
