Hello all, I run Windows 7, and recently upgraded to an SSD. However, the other night I got some upgrades from windows, and suddenly my computer takes about 3:30 min to start up. At first, I could even get into anything, but with time, and patience, I was able to get into safe mode. However, safe mode still took a long time, and appeared to be stuck at the CLASSPNP.sys driver. From there, my issues persisted, having constant crashes any time I tried to open my drivers or programs. After a while, I managed to get to my system restore, which took some fandangling of settings. At long last, I restored my computer to five days ago (my only restore point).
Now, my computer still takes 3:30 min to load, but I can do so and make it to my windows home screen, from here I can open programs, but they all seem to crash shortly after. If I try to download anything from chrome, the page immediately crashes, and I 've left with a .tmp file in my downloads.

I run 64x Windows 7 home premium, AMD E2-3200 APU with Radeon HD graphics, 8 GB RAM. Operation off of a 248 GB Kingston SSD, and using my old 500 GB HDD as a back up/ surplus data storage. My virus software is Microsoft Security Essentials.

Attempting to download anything to my computer right now results in a program crash, so please don't just recommend CCleaner, because I've tried many times to download it, resulting in chrome crashing.

Thank you for any help, and I also apologize for any misspelling, or bad grammar, as I have to write this on my cell phone, because whatever is happening won't let me on this website either :/

You see in safe mode not all the drivers are loaded into the Ram, only the important drivers are running. While in normal boot all the drivers are running. Getting booted in safe mode indicates that there's drivers problem. I would rather suggest you to do a clean windows 7 installation.
Hopefully this will solve all your problems :)
