I upgraded to the latest update and I tried to run Garry's Mod, a game where I never had a problem before then would give me a solid black screen forcing me to do a hard restart or the PC will do it itself in 10 seconds. After deleting all the nvidia drivers using Driver Sweeper and cleaning the card for dust, making sure it was inserted properly along with the PCI-E cable, and reinstalling all drivers to the default drivers (still using 305.27 currently) I would end up with a white screen of death as soon as I get into a fullscreen menu. Please don't tell me the card is dead, I've already had to replace two of the same cards in the past in less than six months. Seriously considering switching over to a AMD card or to another brand of GeForce like MSI or ASUS due to the ridiculousness. I didn't spend $1300 (at the time) just to browse the web. Below is the HWmonitor numbers prior to the first crash.

Specs:
i5 4670k
EVGA GTX 660 SC 2GB
ASUS Z87 PRO
Corsair DDR3 8GB RAM
Corsair CX600
Hyper212 EVO

UPDATE: After trying to run FurMark for diagnosing, it would stop running as soon as I let it test the card. I get a OpenGL message saying "lost connection"

Your CPU temperatures seem completely logical in my opinion. The truth about EVGA gpu's is that there's a lot of marketing hype revolving around them as a brand. Therefore they can afford to make mistakes(sometimes critical) and get away with it. My advice is uninstall drivers manually (without the use of third party software) and try to re install the new drivers 344.11 (stable release). I had a GTX 660 FTW ACX from EVGA and heard terrible coil whine when under load and also got black screens/drivers stopped responding when playing a few games from steam. If all else fails bin the card or sell it on ebay if the condition is good and get MSI/Asus branded GeForce card. They're worth your money. Hope I helped.

I have a EVGA GTX 660 SC and I also had a similar problem where I would get a blank screen after updating my drivers when I got to the desktop. Try uninstalling your current drivers (I uninstalled mines through control panel) and installing the one that came with your EVGA cd. This fixed my blank screen issue but I would always get a bunch of artifacts when I got to the desktop and the driver would crash and then recover. I fixed it by installing 340.52 which was the last working driver for me.
