I have a HIS R9 270X that requires 160W and i have a 500W PSU so don't worry much about amount of ( W ) you have to worry for the quality of your PSU

If the PSU you already have is a cheap Chinese PSU then you have to be careful

I have a friend who got a 260W PSU and he bought a nVidia GTX 750TI and his PSU had no problems at all , but his PSU was a DELL

There are other things about PSU then voltage which i don't know a lot of but anyway don't focus too much on Ws

eg Seasonic M12II 520 - $67 at Newegg, XFX 550 or Antec HCG 520M
