Hello guys, I got this Dell Inspiron 530 from a friend, I was thinking of upgrading it as I can't even play 3 years old games...

So, at the moment it's specs are:

- Motherboard: G33M02
- CPU: Intel 2 Duo 2.60GHz
- GPU: Intel Family Chipset (I think that's the GPU)
- PSU: 300W
- RAM: 4GB (3.99GB for whatever reason)

So, I want to know what's the best motherboard that I can get for it, and whats the best GPU and CPU I can get for that new motherboard. I mainly want the PC for gaming, so I need it to have a high performance but my budget can't go over £200. I don't really need a i7 or I don't know... a too good GPU or CPU, I need it so it can run games like Watch Dogs without lag on medium, but if you guys can recommend me good parts which will not extend my budget, then I might go for something better within my budget.

Thank you!

If you change the motherboard then you will need to buy a new operating system, your Dell disc will no longer work.
Watch dogs is not really going to happen with that processor I'm not sure it even meets the mim specks.
Without looking it up if I remember right this is going back a lot of years that is a single core processor.
You pretty much need a up to date PC and have really nothing to be reused but maybe a hard drive.
You would be looking at about 500 min just to get a decent playable PC.

Eh... I don't think you got my idea... I don't want to just buy a motherboard, I want to change the CPU and GPU as well and I know I need to get a new windows, I am not really a newbie in this (and of course my dell disc will no longer work, because I don't have it, I said I got the PC from a friend)

BTW, A DUO is a DUAL CORE with 2 cores :)

You mean Nvidia GTX 750T ti !? You know that my CPU will drag it and decrease its performance and I don't think it will actually work with my old system...

Max upgrade fro your system would be
CPU- Intel Core2duo E8600
RAM- 8GB DDR2 PC6400
GPU- 750ti would be fine
OS- 64bit os
