asus maximus vi formula 3.0 usb problems

Having problems with my usb 3.0's on the MB. When windows starts it takes 10-30 secs for them to activate my mouse/keyboard. Anyone have a remedy to this problem?

Anything that requires more bandwidth like external hard drives. You can use it for peripherals but its not neeeded and lots of peripherals have problems with it. I dont even use usb keyboard and mice i use ps/2 still
