problem with install win8 .1 64 bit .!! it is from my specs ?

Hello
I just trying to install the win 8.1 64bit and i get this message and then the pc restart !!

And my specs is ::
Core 2 duo e8400. 3.00ghz
Mobo : intel dg31pr
Ram : 4 gb
Video card : msi gtx 750 ti

So is there solution please .. I want the win 8 64 because it's better for games

Is your windows 8.1 only an upgrade from W7 to Win 8.1?. if not. Install W8.1 through BIOS not in windows. So you can delete the old drives and the system reserve of W7 by custom install. Click NEW it is a yellow sign. then OS will automatically create system reserve for you W8.1.
