Can I run DayZ and Arma 3 good?

My computer is a Lenovo K450E

Computer Specs:

PROCESSOR- 4th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-4790 (3.60GHz 1600MHz 8MB)

OPERATING SYSTEM- Windows 8.1 64

GRAPHICS- Intel® HD Graphics 4600

MEMORY- 16.0GB PC3-12800 DDR3 SDRAM 1600 MHz

STORAGE- 2TB 7200 RPM + 8GB SSHD

All of your specs are capable of running those games at high settings except for your GPU, which are integrated. Integrated graphics will not be able to run those games at more than low settings. Assuming you have a power supply greater than 650W, a PCIe x16 slot available, and your case can accommodate it, you need to install a discrete graphics card. I would recommend the EVGA NVIDIA GTX 770 2GB DDR5. It costs around $280 on Newegg. You should be able to play with High settings at 60 fps.
