1000w PSU causing coil whine in GPU?

So I am hearing a lot of coil whine only when I'm playing graphically demanding games. I have an EVGA gtx 970 superclocked 4GB and I'm positive that is where the coil whine is coming from. I heard that different computer components determines the coil whine, like the PSU mixed with a certain GPU and certain motherboard will give you different results than another build in terms of coil whine. For my PSU I have a Rosewill ATX 12V 1000W SLI 80 Plus Gold. Do you think that the 1000w coming from my PSU is causing the coil whine in my GPU?

seeing a lot of complaints on this with the NVidia 900 cards its just the way they seem to be.. there first release so you get to gunnie pig them I'm sure the manufactures are look at all the coil whine and fan bad reviews there getting and should try to fix it with the next release of the cards .. these days it hard for me to buy something ''fresh new first time out '' stuff..

you would of thought the cards were tested by the manufacture in there r&d department and seen this but its cheaper to just release it and let you worry about it and send in the complaints -- they made there money from you and you got a beta item that now you have this issue like most of the rest writing in about this ...
