i want add a second hdd led to my case, just a clone of the system!

It is safe, LED modding is generally fairly easy to start. Just be sure you remove all power from the system before you do. For the sake of aesthetics you may want a new view hole for it, and a tiny piece of acrylic to cover it. You can mount it with GOOP or PVC pipe sealent, just be sure it is acrylic or plastic based so its not conductive.
