I doubt it. That board takes DDR2 memory up to 8GB at 800MHz. A 2x4GB kit max.

Normally it should work, but your motherboard officially supports only DDR3-1066, so it could be a problem, especially if you want to use a DDR3-1600 MHz kit (go for an 1333 MHz kit eventually).
Try to go to the nearest PC shop and test different capacity DIMMs and different memory manufacturers.
