Is it better to get ram that is 2x16

Or 4x4 both 1600mhz can overclock to 1866mhz both can go to that level

Should I got 4 or 2

which is better I was thinking the two because for later on I can add two more for 32 gb of ram but what do you guys think they are both

I'm not sure what you mean by 2x16. There are no 16GB modules for the consumer platform. 16GB modules are only supported on server architecture except DDR4 versions. I think you meant 2x8GB vs 4x4GB, in which case, on that motherboard, or any that supports it, two 8GB modules would be better than four 4GB modules as it's less stressful on the hardware controllers. So two 8GB Kingston HyperX modules would be a good choice.
