Multiple questions for my new build please help

Just as the title says. This is for a gaming PC. Mostly Skrim, so try and focus answers to Skyrim, but consider most games.
1) Performance difference between i5-4590, and i5-4440
2) Best LGA1150 MoBo for Gaming for under $115 (I would like to spend less than $100). ATX sized recommended.

1. The difference is minimal, although I would recommend the i5 4590. The cpu will be better and (future proof) your computer more than the 4440. The 4440 is a more budget cpu in that sense.

2. The best mobo can be anything, as people always think differently or prefer a certain company. I can suggest though a board from MSI, Asrock (cheaper to buy), Asus, Gigabyte. The MSi gaming range is also quite good visually, but basically they deliver roughly the same physical features it's all up to preference.

I am bias for MSI but it's totally up to you, as long as it has the LGA1150 you're good to go.
