I have been looking at a few cards like Radeon HD 7750 or 7770 which ppl say are good. But just then I am worried if my pc can support that properly. I am open to suggestion to any cards under $150 (HDMI included). I am posting my pc spec generated by CPU-Z here: http://pastebin.com/fqN4KaAC and also the picture of my case and psu (I don't know if can support newer graphic or I may need special configuration or just a new power supply).

1. Please, help me decide as I currently am running Photoshop and Illustrator CC with NVIDIA GeForce 210, and most of the time I am designing banners which is more than 1GB in size, and I got a lot of crash esp. with PS.

2. And if I want to also update to i3 or i5, will my board support it?

Summary of my pc:

Intel Pentium E5700 (Dual-Core 3.00GHz)
RAM 4GB DRR3
NVIDIA GeForce 210 (512MB)
PSU: Plz kindly see the picture from the link in the post above cz' I have no idea how much it can support.

Solution
You can run a gtx 750 ti or R9 270x with your hardware and your board will support it as it has the correct PCIe x16 2.0 slot. Your PSU, sorry to say, won't cut it though. You'll need to get at least a 500w PSU that's Tier 3 or higher from here to go with the new card. Probably a good idea even if you don't get a new card as that PSU is fairly low quality.

Your motherboard will not support any i3, i5 or i7 CPUs.

Thanks so much for your help, is this one correct per your mention: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00IFZ547Q/
or this one which has very high rating: http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Superclock-Dual-Link-Graphics-02G-P4-3753-KR/dp/B00IDG3IDO/
because I can see a few models of gtx 750, will it fit in the case alright: https://www.dropbox.com/sc/267s0t4cbq1nhtf/AADQlD-lrL6uAtyWDxEg2-QLa . And is it fine to use over voltage PSU like 500w for this card which requires only 300w?

Yes, the card will only use what is needed (it won't even use 300W either as it uses around 70-80W at full load. What is more important is you get a high quality PSU. It'll make or break your system - literally.

Thanks again so much. I am getting this now: www.amazon.com/dp/B00IDG3IDO/
And do you think this RAM will go along with the board when I update to 64x: http://www.amazon.com/Crucial-Ballistix-PC3-12800-240-Pin-BLS4G3D1609DS1S00/dp/B006WAGG14/
Will I experience bottleneck performance?
