Will Galaxy Geforce GT 730 performance will become low?

Bit of a strange answer there :s

That is an ultra low end card (no offense) and you will be absolutely fine with it in a PCIe 1.0 x16 slot with no performance loss at all, you could probably get away with something upto a GTX 750/ti.

I also checked to make sure the PCIe 1.0 slot can power a GT 730 and you're fine there too.

Is Geforce GT 730 a PCIE x16 card or x8 card?

OOPS! Sorry, I went to the wrong link. I was hurry when answered. GT 730 is a PCIe-2.0 X16 card.

It's an x16 card but that just basically refers to the length of the card and that it will fit into an x16 slot, but there is no way that card will use the bandwidth available to a PCIe 2.0 x16 slot running at x8 bandwidth (and I doubt even x4) and your PCIe 1.0 x16 slot (if it is running at x16) is equivalent to a PCIe 2.0 x8 slot. Would be handy to know what your motherboard is too actually.

Ahhh, you have a pre-built PC, do you know what your PSU is? I would also be worried about a video card fitting on that motherboard and not getting in the way of the RAM.

Also, reading more about that motherboard, that x16 PCIe slot is 2.0.

This is why I absolutely hate pre-built computers and would advise anyone against getting one from these 'big name' cheapskate brands (HP, Dell etc...), that PSU to be blunt (and absolutely no offense to you) is absolute shit but that is enough wattage for the GT 730, hopefully that PSU does provide enough wattage for all of your components and the GPU.

That card will be absolute fine with Windows 7 when DirectX 12 comes out :)

Is this card compatible with Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit?

All GT 730s are same. It's Nvidia who makes it. The Gigabyte (or any other factory), overclocks and makes their own cooling system for that card.
